Little Bumblebee Bommel Says Goodbye

Grandma Hummel's cheeks aren't as rosy as usual today, and her voice is very faint. Bommel tiptoes to Grandma's bed and whispers, "What's wrong?" "My 'Hummel power' is slowly running out," Grandma replies softly.

In this new Hummel story, Bommel learns that saying goodbye is never easy. But also that what you carry in your heart stays forever.

This picture book sensitively conveys to children aged 3 and up, as well as adults, that the death of a loved one does not mean a final farewell.

"I have experienced love,

and because it never fades,

it remains within us,

carries us everywhere,

so I am always with you."
