Description
When it's slowly time to wind down and transition into the night, this gentle organic children's herbal tea fits wonderfully into your evening routine. Take a few quiet moments together, create a pleasant atmosphere, and reflect on the day. And then the sandman can come and ensure a peaceful sleep and sweet dreams.
Ingredients:
Lemongrass*, chamomile flowers*, lemon balm leaves*, sweet blackberry leaves*, dried orange pulp*, sea buckthorn berry pomace*, lavender flowers*, calendula flowers*, blue cornflower blossoms*.
* from controlled organic cultivation.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea in a cup (250 ml). The optimal brewing time is 5 - 10 minutes.
