Ingredients
15g herbal tea blend
Cinnamon, ginger, nettle leaves, cloves, sweet blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds, white pepper.
Preparation
Pour boiling water over 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea in a cup (250 ml). The optimal steeping time is 5 - 10 minutes.
